Scott Cowan
In 2012, Scott completed his LL.M. in Criminal Law and Procedure at Osgoode Hall Law School. He has served as an Adjunct Professor in Criminal Procedure and Youth Justice at the Faculty of Law – University of Western Ontario. He is a member of the Legal Aid Area Committee at London and has served as a Regional Director of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, and as a member of Innocence Canada’s review committee. He is Past-President of the Huron Law Association.
He has been tapped as an authority on criminal law by Peter Mansbridge on The National, CFRB radio, The Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star, National Post, and London Free Press.

Ben Scholten
Ben is a member of the Huron Law Association, and of the London Region Legal Aid Panel. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Huron Perth Community Legal Clinic since 2016.
